Release Waiver and Indemnity

Liability: In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, spectators and/or volunteers by execution of this entry form release and discharge the Peach City Beach Cruise and the Penticton Historic Automobile Society, its, officers, directors and volunteers, the City of Penticton, the province of British Columbia and any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and servants who may be connected with the Peach City Beach Cruise and Penticton Historic Automobile Society from all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property.

Advertising Release:  In consideration of this entry, entrant and spouse or guest(s) hereby agree to permit the Peach City Beach Cruise/Penticton Historic Automobile Society the use of their names and pictures of the car for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including internet, newspaper, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell said photos.
  • “Burn-outs” and other “Stunting” acts are not sanctioned by the Peach City Beach Cruise and are subject to vehicle confiscation, fines and/or other Penalties under the British Columbia Provincial Motor Vehicle Act.
  • Playing of loud music and/or “boom box” use is not permitted
