Registration for the Triathlon is now closed. The Individual Triathlon and Team Relay events are full.

If you wish to enter the Duathlon, please contact the Registration Director at 613-541-5010 x 3818, or you can register in person at the Kingston Military Community Sports Centre between 3 pm and 5 pm on 15 May, or on race day between 6 am at 7:15 am. Space is limited
