Online registration will close at 6pm two days Prior to each Event Date

I hereby grant full permission  exclusively to  the organizer of the serie Les coureurs en foret(Jay Challenge inc)  to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event for promotional purposes.
I have full knowledge of the risk and I accept all the risk involved in the present race/competition which are but not limited to falls or any accident that can immobilize me and/ or can keep me from medical attention, expensive medical care or extended period of time away from works.I have full knowledge of the risk and I accept all the risk involved in the present race/competition which are but not limited to hazard of vehicular traffic including ATV and other hazard attendant to running, or walking along or across roadways.  These factors include, among other things the fact I may become injured or incapacitated in a location where it is difficult or impossible for the Race management to get required medical aid to me in time to avoid additional physical or psychological injuries or limitation, even death.

Because of the remoteness of the race, ATV would be used only to assist me if desired or if required by the Race management.  By accepting or requiring the assistance of a motorized vehicle, I accept all the potential risk associated with it.

I have full knowledge of the risk and I accept all the risk involved in the present race/competition which are but not limited to other factors like extreme cold, heat, hyperthermia, dehydration, falls due to rugged terrain, uncontrolled runner speed , any animals, including but not limiting, bears, moose, deer, beaver, bees,  overabundance of water and mud.  I also accept all the risk related of crossing brooks and rivers  as well as lake created by the beavers that can result in drowning.

Knowing all these facts, I nevertheless in consideration of your accepting this entry and my participation to the race, hereby for myself, my executors, administrators and heirs do hereby release and discharge  Jaychallenge inc., all their directors, managers, shareholders, employees, volunteers, the whole organization of the event, volunteers providing ATV services for the race, Iandowner, sponsors, spectators, all other volunteers assisting with this event from all claims, damages, actions or demands whatsoever in any manner, from any and all rights, claims, damages for any all injuries or limitation to me or my property, or any damage caused by anyone else including act of God arising out in connection with official cost and attorney fees directly arising from my actions or proceeding brought by or prosecuted for my benefit contrary to this agreement.  This release extends to all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever whether known or unknown, directly or indirectly related to the present event.

I further attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate and assume all risks of such participation.  I am aware that the event can be difficult, now considered by past participants, the hardest sporting event ever put together even for a well conditioned athlete under the best condition.  In addition, I agree to be responsible for the action of any person who is with me at the event.

I understand and agree that no start will be allowed without a signature of this waiver.

Race management reserves expressly their right to refuse any entry, the whole without justification. Race Management reserves the right to refuse a  sponsored racer that is promoting a none  pre authorised event as well as other sponsors product. Les courses en Foret does have a sponsorship package that can offer great exposure to some companies. Sponsored racers dress in such a way that they will be considered walking banners will not be allowed to race.

I understand that the entry fees are necessary to meet the cost of preparation and if the event is cancelled because of fire, storm, act of God or any other circumstances beyond the control of race management, the entry fee will NOT be refunded.

I have read the present waiver, I understand it all and have the opportunity to ask questions.

In conclusion,  I understand that the serie Les coureurs en Foret present extreme unknown risk for which I freely and voluntarily agree to be solely responsible so that this event can take place and that I may participate.

Agreeing to this waiver and registering online for this event by me, for myself or as legal guardian of an event participant, in an electronic format authorizes you to accept this waiver as signed by me.
