Registration Instructions

1. OAT members must enter their number on this form and show your membership card when you pick up your race kit.
2. Enter the required information below.
3. Confirm the information you entered and get total to be charged.
4. Enter your credit card information.
5. Transaction is processed and a receipt is emailed to the address you supplied.
